United Board Fellows Program
The United Board Fellows Program supports young mid-level faculty selected for leadership positions by their home institutions to work with mentors in the United States and Asia over a two-year period.
In each host institution, with the assistance of a mentor, Fellows have opportunities to learn:
- about styles of leadership and management
- alternative pedagogical styles
- the latest in their field through interaction with coleagues and students
Fellows participate in leadership seminars during the summers between and at the end of the program. These seminars allow Fellows to develop sustaining networks and to discuss issues related to leadership.
Fellows are selected for their academic and teaching excellence
as well as their leadership potential. They should be proficient
in oral and written English.
All scholars must be nominated by their home institutions.
Qualified nominees are interviewed by United Board representatives
and selected on a competitive basis. For nomination forms
and detailed program information, Contact Us.
